Ogaan Laminates introduces Flush Door which has a basic structure composed of solid blackboard core, vertical stiles, and horizontal rails that create a pre-fixed frame. The flush door is composed of wooden strips that are placed edge-to-edge and sandwiched between veneers, then bonded under high pressure and temperature using a synthetic resin. So in a simpler term, it is a door that is made of a timber frame covered with ply from both the sides and then the hollow part inside is filled with rectangular blocks of soft wood.
These are made from high density farm timbers which are chemically treated and well seasoned battens are edge glued to make these doors durable and dimensionally stable. FLUSH DOORS has extra lock rail that provides sufficient strength to handles and knobs.
Its hardwood frames provide strength for fitting of hinges and anti deviation resistance. Glue line poisoning makes them resistant to fungus, termite and borer. Flush door undergo extreme testing process as per IS: 2202(1) before going to the market so that the customer can trust the strength and stability.
