Warranty Overview
We manufacture some of the most robust decorative laminates available today. To reinforce our commitment to quality, we stand behind every product with a clear assurance: our laminates are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects, or they will be replaced.
We offer a 15-year warranty on laminate products used in residential and commercial interiors, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall be considered null and void under the following circumstances:
- The original purchase invoice, duly filled and issued by the selling merchant, is not available.
- The original purchase invoice is not presented to the service personnel at the time of inspection or service.
- The product has not been purchased from an authorized dealer.
- The product has not been installed, used, or maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the instruction manual.
- The product has been used contrary to the specified installation method, care & maintenance guidelines, or intended purpose, as detailed in the product catalogue and on the company’s official website.
