Eligibility
- This promotional scheme (“Silver Savings Scheme”) is applicable exclusively to end-users/consumers purchasing eligible products of Amba Laminates Private Ltd.
- Dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, or any intermediary parties are not eligible to participate in or claim benefits under this Scheme.
- Participation in the Scheme shall constitute deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- The consumer must be a resident of India and above 18 years of age to participate in this Scheme.
Scheme Period
- The Scheme shall remain valid from 01/04/2026 to 31/10/2026.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time, including prior to the stated end date, without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
Minimum Purchase Requirement
- To avail the Scheme, the minimum purchase requirement is 10 sheets of 1 mm thickness sheets from the Ogaan folder in a single invoice/bill during the Scheme period.
- Multiple invoices shall not be clubbed together to qualify for the Scheme benefit.
- The gift eligibility shall be determined based on the number of sheets mentioned in a single invoice only.
Gift Slab Details
Consumers will receive the following gifts based on the quantity purchased in a single invoice:

- The consumer shall be eligible for only the slab applicable to the quantity purchased in the invoice.
- Gifts cannot be combined or adjusted between different slab levels.
Mobile Number Restriction
- Only one redemption shall be allowed per mobile number during the entire Scheme period.
- Once a mobile number has been used for a successful redemption, the same number cannot be used again to claim another gift under this Scheme, regardless of additional purchases.
- The Company reserves the right to verify mobile numbers using OTP or other verification methods to prevent duplicate claims.
Redemption Requirements
- The consumer must complete all prescribed steps, documentation, and procedures specified by the Company for redemption of the gift.
- The consumer may be required to submit the following details:
- Copy/photo of original invoice
- Product sheet details
- Mobile number
- Delivery address
- Any other information required for verification.
- Failure to comply with any of the required procedures may result in rejection of the claim.
Redemption Time Limit
- Gift redemption request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Requests received after this period will not be entertained, and the company shall not be held responsible for non-redemption.
Verification Process
- All claims shall be subject to verification by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to reject incomplete, illegible, duplicate, or suspicious claims.
- The Company may request additional documents if required for verification.
Delivery of Gift
- Upon successful verification and completion of formalities, the silver coin gift may take up to thirty (30) days to be delivered to the consumer.
- The gift shall be delivered to the address provided by the claimant.
- The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Courier delays
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Circumstances beyond the Company’s control
- The gifts shall be dispatched through a third-party courier or logistics partner.
- The Company will share the courier tracking details with the claimant after dispatch of the gift item from the Company’s side.
- In case of delay, loss, or damage during transit by the courier partner, the Company shall not be held liable or responsible for the same.
No Exchange / No Refund
- Products purchased under this Scheme shall be subject to a strict “No Exchange / No Refund” policy during the Scheme period.
No Cash Alternative
- The Scheme does not offer cashback, cash equivalent, or any monetary substitution in lieu of the gift.
- The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defect
- If any sheet is replaced due to manufacturing defect, such replacement sheets shall not be counted again for Scheme eligibility.
- No additional gift shall be provided for such replacement sheets.
Silver Coin Disclaimer
- The silver coins distributed under this Scheme are procured from a third-party supplier.
- While the coins are described as 24 carats with Triple Nine (999) purity, the Company does not assume responsibility for the quality, purity, certification, or specifications provided by the supplier.
Taxes and Statutory Liabilities
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory levies arising from receipt of the gift shall be borne by the consumer, if applicable under prevailing laws.
Misrepresentation and Disqualification
- If the Company determines that the claimant has misrepresented information or falsely claimed eligibility, the Company shall have the right to reject the claim.
- The Company may cancel claims if fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation of the Scheme is suspected.
Limited Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Scheme.
- The Company’s decision regarding eligibility, verification, and award of the gift shall be final and binding.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Scheme due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Supply disruptions
- Other force majeure circumstances.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.
Interpretation
In case of any dispute, ambiguity, or interpretation, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
